For shipment information on any orders prior to January 1, 2023, please contact our Customer Care team via email and they will be happy to help.
 

Also note that if your order was placed within a few days, that it might not be reflected yet in the tracking. This does not mean there is a problem or your order wasn't shipped. But since we are using a 3rd party tracking site, it can take several days for the shipping information to be updated in the online tracking system.
